Frequently Asked Questions

  • Students coordinate with their tutor on where to meet. Typically sessions are held at the Wells Library, SPEA Library, IMU, or in a residence hall computer lab.

Additionally, we are able to host online sessions through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.

  • However the student and tutor feel is best. Typically, students bring to the session material that they are struggling with. This may be homework, past quizzes, graded projects, or other materials. The tutor and student then work through these materials as the tutor explains concepts clearly and at the student's own pace.

  • Our tutors do their best to make them that way! Being experts in their respective courses, our tutors know the material inside and out and are excited for you to help you get to that level as well.

  • Any practice problems, practice tests, etc. should be brought by the student to cover during the tutoring sessions. Tutors do not provide these materials.
